Lapis Exercise Timer

Delete your account

How to delete your Dragonfly account and Lapis data, in the app or by email.

Effective date: November 2, 2026

Lapis Exercise Timer uses a Dragonfly account. You can delete it, and everything stored with it, at any time.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Lapis and go to Settings.
  2. Tap “Profile picture, email and password”.
  3. Tap “Delete account”, type your password and confirm.

Delete without the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Dragonfly account”. We confirm by email and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your Dragonfly account: email address, username, password and profile picture.
  • Your synced timers, sessions, workout history and settings.
  • Your Lapis Premium record.
  • Your data in other Dragonfly apps that use the same account.

What is kept

Nothing is kept on our servers after deletion. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under its privacy policy; cancel an active subscription in Google Play first so it doesn’t renew. Timers saved on your phone stay there until you uninstall Lapis.
